Project consisted of 600,000 s.f. of 6" slab on grade over 4" - #53 stone Warehouse floor, with 12,000 s.f. of office flooring and foundations with floors specified to maintain FF 45 or above. . All perimeter foundations, spread footings and 84 truck docks were also included. Also, Superior Concrete performed the place and finish of the approximately 200,000 s.f. of tilt wall construction. Total project concrete is over 20,000 cubic yards. Foundations were started July 6, 1999. Slabs were completed along with all foundations by the end of August 1999. Bristol Myers took occupancy by November 15, 1999
