Project consisted of 4,300 s.f. basement with 14 foot tall poured walls, 30,000 s.f. main floor, and 30,000 s.f. second floor. Second floor was heavily reinforced with light weight concrete. Thirteen thousand s.f. of sidewalk, 6,800 l.f. of poured curb, and a 75 foot long dock area were also included. Some 153,000 lbs. of rebar was installed on this project.
