Job consisted of perimeter foundations, grade beams, 138,000 s.f. of finish floors with F-numbers above 50 and 250,000 s.f. concrete parking lot. A total of 8,000 cubic yards of concrete was placed. Also included under our scope was the structural steel, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and finishes for the offices. Superior performed as General Contractor. Size of our scope was $2.5 million.
